Remove all the screws on the back of the phone (6 of them, 2 at the top & 4 in battery compartment) with a Torx #6 screwdriver. Remove the entire circuit board from the faceplate by lifting it off. Transfer the speaker (attached with double-sided adhesive tape) and the rubber switches from the old faceplate to the new one. Transfer other parts from the middle housing to the new middle housing. Attach the entire circuit board and new middle to the new faceplate and all the screws.
