we charge a flat shipping of $5.99. Order of $49 receive free shipping

I need a tool to install the faceplate/protector? |

A:For
snap on protectors, you don't need any tool. Simply snap on the cell
phone. For faceplates which replace the original cell phone cover, if we
recommend a screwdriver in the listing, yes, you do need a screwdriver;
if we don't recommend any tool, then you don't need a screwdriver, just
pop off the original cover and pop on the new faceplates. |

average takes 5 business days. If it's on back order, we will send an

your cell phone model is listed in the item description, yes, it fits.
Otherwise, no. You can find your cell phone model under the battery. |

the antenna fit my phone? |

models that can be replaced by flashing/designer antennas. If your cell
phone model is listed there, yes, the antenna fits. When ordering an
antenna, you need to state your cell phone model. Your cell phone model
is under the battery. |

to make the payment? |

accept credit card, PayPal, money order, cashier/personal check. United
States customers' personal check should clear to bank before shipping.
For Canada customers, we accept Canada Post Office money order. We don't
accept money order, cashier/personal check from foreign countries. |
