Q:Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
A:Yes, we charge a flat shipping of $5.99. Order of $49 receive free shipping for first class mail.
Q:Do I need a tool to install the faceplate/protector?
A:For snap on protectors, you don't need any tool. Simply snap on the cell phone. For faceplates which replace the original cell phone cover, if we recommend a screwdriver in the listing, yes, you do need a screwdriver; if we don't recommend any tool, then you don't need a screwdriver, just pop off the original cover and pop on the new faceplates.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:It average takes 5 business days. If it's on back order, we will send an email to you. If you can not receive your order in 14 days, please send email to sales@thecoolcell.com with your order ID in the subject.

Q:Can you make my personal design which I can not find on your website?
A:Yes. If you can not find your favorite design, or you have a personal picture to print on the cell phone faceplate/protector, please visit see 'Customized Cover' on the left menu.
Q:Will this faceplate/protector fit my phone?
A:If your cell phone model is listed in the item description, yes, it fits. Otherwise, no. You can find your cell phone model under the battery.
Q:Will the antenna fit my phone?
A:Please visit here for the list of the cell phone models that can be replaced by flashing/designer antennas. If your cell phone model is listed there, yes, the antenna fits. When ordering an antenna, you need to state your cell phone model. Your cell phone model is under the battery.
Q:How to make the payment?
A:We accept credit card, PayPal, money order, cashier/personal check. United States customers' personal check should clear to bank before shipping. For Canada customers, we accept Canada Post Office money order. We don't accept money order, cashier/personal check from foreign countries.
Q:How to return for exchange or refund?
A:Please write a detailed note on the invoice explaining the reason for your return. Let us know whether you prefer an exchange or store credit. Please return in 15 days since you receive the product.
